The group takes up to four Part II students in each academic year. Part II projects are typically based upon established methodology developed within our laboratory, covering all areas of organic synthesis including the development of novel asymmetric transformations, mechanistic investigations, total synthesis and catalysis. Prospective Part II students are welcome to discuss potential research projects at any time. If you would like to see Steve to discuss potential Part II opportunities/projects then please e-mail him to arrange a meeting. If you wish to look around our laboratory or talk to the people currently working in the group then please contact any of the Senior Post-Docs, Jim, Ai or Paul, or come and see us during the Part II Open Day.
For more detailed information about the format of our Part II projects please go to our Part II Projects page, or download a copy of our Part II Open Day Poster.
